Spread Indie Love Box - Winter Collaboration Edition

*Press Sample*

I hope that you saved some of your funds after an epic Black Friday from the indie polish and indie beauty community because something awesome is right around the corner!! This winter themed box is the second Spread Indie Love Collaboration. It includes 5 exclusive polishes and 2 full size bath products as well as samples.

The box launches for pre-orders TODAY December 4th at but I'm also giving one box away! I hope you entered as the drawing ended last night!

Cupcake Polish "I only have Ice for You"
This is a  a mint/aqua linear holographic with silver flakies. The formula was very easy to work with and two coats were perfect.

Say what?! Did Cupcake Polish, look into my soul for this polish? In all seriousness though, teal, silver flakes and perfect in two coats. I really need more Cupcake Polish (and cupcakes generally) in my life. You can shop Cupcake Polish on their website at and like them on Facebook and Instagram.

Polish M - "Feeling Frosty"
A light grey crelly base with silver holo shreads, silver holo micro glitter, teal holo glitter and a sprinkle of teal-navy-violet UCC mega flakies.

I started purchasing a few Polish M's starting with the fall collection this year, so I'd say I'm still pretty new to the brand. But I've got to say I really am impressed with the formula, colors and cohesive collections that Michelle keeps coming out with. And this polish is an exquisite addition to my small (but growing!) Polish M Collection.

The mixture of ice cold holo micro glitters and flakies is perfect for the winter! Shop Polish M on their website and don't forget to like them on Facebook and Instagram!

nail vinyls from Lou it Youself
Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer "A Bit of Bubbly"
A Bit of Bubbly, and it's a nude crelly packed with pink and gold glass flecks. This is a very sophisticated nude polish. The pink and gold glass flecks set it apart for sure! I used 2 coats for full coverage. This is another brand that I am just now trying and I can't wait to pick up some more! You can find more Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer on their website, as well as Facebook and Instagram.

Dollish Polish "Winter Solstice"
This is a blue jelly base with blue and copper glitters and added shimmer. This polish is probably my favorite of the box due to the combo of the blue base and blue and copper glitters. Seriously just stunning!! If you haven't already, check out Dollish Polish online as well as on Facebook and Instagram.

Ever After Polish "First Frost"

I've mentioned before that Ever After is one of my favorite indie polish brands. Rachel, Ever After's polish creator, and I share a mutual adoration of all things flakie :) First Frost is a super pale pink with pink shimmer gold and holo. Its funny that even though Rachel loaded it with pink sometimes it looks lavender. However you see it, its lovely.  View more Ever After Polishes on their website as well as Facebook and Instagram.

(PS - check back as I will have Rachel's Birthday duo on the blog this weekend)

Lou it Yourself - Winter Frost Bath Bomb
I love Lou it Yourself and I've written about this awesome indie brand a few times here at Polish & Plates.  While Lou it Yourself makes great polishes she also offers a great variety of bath and body products as well as amazing nail vinyls. Actually Lou has even created custom vinyls for me at my request. Her bath bombs are simply amazing and wonderful for sensitive and dry skin. I live in Colorado (Lou it Yourself if also Denver based) and its very dry here.

Be sure to check out the great selection of bath and body products as well as polishes and nail vinyls at Lou it Yourself and be sure to like their Facebook and Instagram!

Handmade Natural Beauty - Goats Milk Soap
I am obsessed with indie made soaps. Especially soaps containing goats milk. I find that soaps with goats milk really makes my skin so soft. Like I said above, Colorado is really really dry - like 7% humidity - so its imperative that I moisturize my skin at every opportunity.

Why goats milk? These goats milk soaps are wonderfully creamy and moisturizing. Those who have sensitive skin or eczema may find goats milk soap to be ideal to gently cleanse, soothe and moisturize.

To test out this soap I washed my hands with it a few times over the evening and I found that my skin felt noticeably soft after every wash. I love the warm, nutty, slightly sweet scent. Did I mention its a MONSTER size bar? Again such a great value! (inside secret code for free shipping on your next order from Handmade Natural Beauty.!) Check our their Facebook page and Instagram for more!

This box also contains some other indie brand samples which is a great extra value added!

Love Angeline - Cuticle Oil Sample
I use Love Angeline's cuticle oil all the time. Its thick, rich and smells great. Read my previous review if you want to know more! But seriously, its one of my favorites and this is a great size for my purse! Be sure to check out all of my favorites at Love Angeline where you can find amazing polishes, mani fizzies, nail vinyls and even beautiful stickers for your planner and anything else you can think of!

Sassy Pants Polish - Mani Bomb Sample
This is a new to me brand and I will always try a new mani bomb! I haven't had a chance to try it yet but it smells great and I plan to use it this weekend! Sassy Pants also includes a secret free shipping offer for you next order as well! Nothing I love more then free shipping! I plan to check out Sassy Pants online shop as well as their Facebook and Instagram asap!
