Today I have a new collection for you from one of my favorite international indie brands, A England. Summer be damned, Neons who? I love that A England marches to the beat of their own drum and does something totally different then what is out there this time of year for this collection.
Rosetti’s Goddess is a 4 piece collection inspired by artwork by pre-raphaelite artist Dante Gabriel Rossetti. The polishes are the type of sophisticated, one of a kind, complicated perfection that I've come to anticipate from this brand.
Lets take a look at these beauties!
Prosperine is a deep teal scattered holo. Be still my heart! This polish was my favorite out of the collection because I'm addicted to teal. One coat is all you need and the scattered holo is divine.
Captive Goddess is a lighter grey scattered holo with a significant flash of teal shimmer. This polish required 2 coats for the best coverage. Its been so rainy here that I haven't been able to get a shot of this one in direct sun. I did catch a glimpse of it in the sun a few weeks ago when I was wearing it and there is a linear holo that is just stunning!
Incense Burner is a dark, reddened brown that shifts through burgundy and plum with a bronze shimmer and a hint of green. It sort of reminds me of a complicated vintage red wine. I used two coats for these photos. I have to admit this was the one polish from the collection that I didn't think I would like, but I was wrong. Its just so unique, so complicated. How can one not love a piece of art such as this?!
There you have it, another gorgous collection by Adina Bodana at A England. Which of these is your favorite? What do you love about A England? I'd love to hear from you!
These polishes are all available online from Beautometry for $10.00 each! Beautometry is a great resource for purchasing international indie polish in the US and they have an amazing assortment of stamping plates from all over the world! Be sure to check them out on Facebook and Instagram for more nail art inspiration!
*These polishes were both purchased and provided for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
