A England - Her Rose Adagio Review

In my quest to try lots of new brands I had been wanting to try A England (based out of - wait for it - the UK, duh?!).

I've had Princess Tears on my Llarowe wish list for what seems like ages. I was browsing the other day when a new shade called Her Rose Adagio caught my eye and it somehow ended up in my shopping cart. I didn't expect it to show up until next week but found it in my mailbox on Saturday (hooray!).

This polish from their Ballerina collection is described as Faded roses in a silver prismatic base, as romantic as it is 'en pointe'. And boy it is ever. Let me start with the application - its flawless. SO easy to work with and covered perfectly in 2 thins coats. The brush was also very nice to work with. Before applying I used a coat of Zoya Anchor base coat.

I topped my mani with a coat of Rica Glossy Glam top coat and a few drops of Julep's Ta Da drops and I was in love. This polish is so beautiful I can't stop staring at it just to see what it looks like in different lights. The subtle holo in the polish is gorgeous. Makes me think of champagne on the rose side.

I was thinking of stamping something on it, but it seems like such a shame to mess with something so perfect.

Now I really REALLY want that bottle of Princess Tears that has been alluding me! If you want to check out this color or any other of the fabulous A England polishes I highly recommend shopping for them via Llarowe or the a  england website.

And because I can't leave well enough alone I decided to add a black french tip this morning.  A small heart on my thumb and I'm very happy with it. The back is Sinful Colors black on black and I did the french with striping tape using this method.
